Swami Niranjan Installs Bhagawan Nithyanand Idol at Shantha Durga Devi Mandir

The idol of deity Bhagawan Nithyanand was ceremoniously installed at Sri Shantha Durga Devi Mandir by Sri Niranjan Swamiji of Ambika Annapoorneshwari temple, Saath Rasta, here and Sunkadakatte, near Bajpe in Dakshina Kannada district, during the fourth annual worship at the temple, here on Saturday January 9. 

Sri Shantha Durga Devi Mandir is located at Motilal Nagar, Goregaon (West), here which is managed by Sri Shantha Durga Devi Charitable Trust. Swami Niranjan offered the puja to Sri Shantha Durga Devi under the leadership of temple trustee Shyam N Salian. Temple chief priest Kallanje Radhakrishna Bhat performed the vedic rituals on the occasion.
 


Swami Niranjan presided over the religious meet held later. Swami also honoured the child artistes Vaishnavi Shetty, Pooja Devadiga, Shruthi Shetty, Karthik Bhat and Aishwarya Shetty on the occasion.

MLA Subash Desai was the chief guest. Corporators Dilip Shinde and Samir Desai among others were present.
 
Cultural programmes were held to mark the fourth annual day celebrations of Sri Shantha Durga Devi Mandir.
