Bangalore: SDPI Felicitates National Level Party Leaders

Bangalore, Jan 29: Social Democratic Party of India held felicitation programme for national leaders at Fallah Function Hall, Rahmathnagar here on Wednesday January 27.

The excitement was doubled for cadres of SDPI as the SDPI its first win at Savoi Madhopur, Rajasthan municipal elections with candidate Mohammed Anees being elected president of the municipal council. He secured 2,448 votes of the 5,200 defeating the nearest rival, BJ P Candidate by 1,224 votes.



The evening was kickstarted with the welcome address by our state general secretary Abdul Hannan. This was followed by felicitation programme that began with president E Abubakar being presented with the Symbolic Mysore Peta (turban). Then the rest of the national delegates and state delegates were felicitated

In his presidential address, SDPI president E Abubakar gave a strong message to the youth of the nation to stand up for justice. He mentioned that the country had a lot of hope from the youth of the country.     

The presidential address was followed by a speech by the vice-president advocate Sadiq Siddiqui from Bhopal. 

Speaking on the occasion, Prof Nazneen of Bangalore giving a message to the women to come out in the open said that there is a need that women contribute positively to the society.

State president Abdul Majid gave a great moral boost to over 400 cadres who were gathered in the auditorium.

After the programme, the delegates inaugurated the office of Hebbal assembly constituency.
