Mumbai, Jun 13: Students and parents being apprehensive about the HSC and SSC results, various rumors have taken buzz circulating in social media about the result dates. However, only 45 percent of the evaluated sheets have reached the divisional board and the board has asked not to heed any of the rumors as no date has been decided yet.
Chairperson of the board, Shakuntala Kale said, "We are working on a war footing to complete the work but cannot currently set a date. Until then, students must not believe in rumors."
Every year results are announced by the first week of June but due to the pandemic the results have delayed this year as it was difficult to collect the evaluated sheets on time.
Secretary of Mumbai division board, Sandeep Sangave said, "Most answer sheets were stuck in schools. However, since May 4 things have begun to move and we have used the postal service to collect papers from the moderators."
