Annual Day of ALDEL Education Trust Held

Mumbai, Feb 11: The annual day of the educational institutions of ALDEL Education trust managed by veteran businessman Albert W D’Souza was held at St John Technical Education Complex, Vevoor, Palghar East here recently.

Errol D’Souza, executive director of Franco-Indian Pharmaceuticals Ltd was the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion D’Souza said that Albert is a great visionary. “Though he is a successful businessman, he has involved himself in social activities India is expected to become powerful in the near future because of the quality of youth. The activities of students in this particular campus indicate that day is not too far, added D’Souza.



He inaugurated the first college magazine "Spectrum" and also distributed prizes to the meritorious students of the college.

Students of St John College of Engineering and Technology (SJCET) and St John Institute of Pharmacy and Research (SJIPR) entertained the audience with various cultural programmes.

Albert D’Souza chairman, ALDEL Trust said that the trust colleges top among all the colleges of Mumbai University.Dr Satish Takalikar principal, SJCET and Dr Savita J Tauro, principal,SJIPR gave the annual reports of the engineering and pharmacy colleges respectively. Elvina D'Souza, secretary of the Trust and Dr S Krishnamoorthy, advisor of the Trust also spoke  the occasion.
