New School Building Inaugurated at Panvel

Mumbai, Feb 18:
The inaugural ceremony of an English medium school building located at Shantinkunj Sevashram complex, Panvel, here was held recently. 
 
Sri Vidyadhirajateerta Swamiji of Partagali Jevottam Mutt, Gokarna inaugurated the 38,000 square feet school building. Goa Chief Minister Digambar Kamat was the chief guest and swamiji Vidyadhirajateerta presided over the ceremony. MLA S Thakoor was the guest of honour. 
 


Swami Vidyadhirajateerta after inaugurating several classrooms, teachers’ gallery, computer cell, the administrative office of Saraswati Educational Foundation conducted a religious discourse. He exhorted the educational institute to bring glory to Vidyadhiraj Charitable Trust and he wished that the students of the academy should shine in their pursuits when they grow.  Swamiji also honoured the dignitaries on the occasion.

Kamat spoke on the relevance of education in the context of building-up of nation. He asserted that private educational institutes like Ramakrishna Academy would endeavour to uplift the values of educational systems in India. He wished the teaching staff, governing council, student community and the academy a shining future.

D M Sukthankar, former Maharastra chief secretary and CEO of the building project, Dempo, chairman of central committee under G P Mutt, V Leeladhar, former deputy governor of Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Jagdish Pai, executive director of Canara Bank, H S U Kamath, executive director of Canara Bank,  J P NAYAK, director of Larsen and Toubro Limited, Shashikant Page, trustee of Pandharpur Vithoba temple,  M V Kini, eminent Supreme Court (SC) advocate, Raghuram Kamath, son of visionary V R Kamath and Balachandran Kamat  among others were present on the occasion.
