Samyukta Hegde in a tweet said that she has accepted the apology. With this, the friction between the two has ended.

Samyukta, in a live video, had said that she had not committed any mistake. She also uploaded a video in which Kavitha is seen attacking her friend. She said she also has more video proof and requested the police to take further action. She also filed a complaint and the first information report was registered in H S R Layout police station, accusing Kavitha of assaulting and insulting her and her friends. Thereafter, many came in full support of Samyukta.
