Chikkamagaluru, Sep 18: "Justice Nagamohan Das had done great injustice in the matter of Datta Peeta. He had prepared and submitted a report to the previous government in such a way that it could bring disgrace to his position of being a former judge. Now, in the case of riots at D J Halli and K G Halli Bengaluru, he seems to have prepared a prejudicial report in advance and has conducted spot inspection just as an eyewash," said minister, C T Ravi.

Speaking to media persons here on Thursday September 17, he accused Justice Nagamohan Das of meting out injustice in the matter of Datta Peeta. "Government records even now assert that Datta Peeta and Baba Budangiri are two different matters. He had undertaken a survey and prepared a prejudicial report. He never intended to find out the truth. "Does Nagamohan Das Committee approve setting the entire locality on fire just because an objectionable post was made in the social media?"

Ravi noted that the report prepared by Justice Nagamohan Das committee has laid particular emphasis on a post made by a person named Naveen. At the same time, he accused the committee of turning a blind eye to another such post made by people belonging to another religion. He wanted to know why the committee has not told the truth. "This is not a fact-finding committee. It is a committee conspiring to present falsehood as truth," he said.
