Mangaluru: Ashawadi Prakashan Mumbai to hold first-ever global digital Konkani meet on Sep 27

Mangaluru, Sep 26: Ashawadi Prakashan Mumbai is organising the first-ever global digital Konkani meet on Sunday September 27 at 4.30 pm through Google Meet.

The first-ever Digital Konkani Literary Journal (POINNARI), Konkani research book in three scripts, digital audio and e-book of Konkani poetry 'LOCKDOWN' will be released during this meet.

Walter Nandalike (Editor-in-Chief: Daijiworld.com) will inaugurate, retired Bishop Dr Aloysius D'Souza, convenors/presidents of Sahitya Academy; Dr Bhushan Bhave, Arun Sakhardande, Dr Jagadish Pai, Vincy Quadros, President of Akhil Bharatiya Konkani Parishad Usha Rane, Presidents of Konkani Basha Mandal Anvesha Singball (Goa), Venkatesh Baliga (Mangaluru), Gurudath Baliga (Vishwa Konkani Kendra), editors of leading periodicals; Raju Nayak (Lokmat), Dr Austine Prabhu (Veez e-Magazine), Panduranga Gaonkar, Hemacharya, Louis Rodrigues, Fr Royson Fernandes, academic scholars; Dr Chandralekha Dsouza, Fr Pratap Naik and heads of Konkani associations across the globe will take part in the meet.
