... this new idealism of cow policing should be formalised in country.

    1. cow police
    2. cow volunteers
    3. Honorary cow protectors and hierarchy of protectors nation-wide
    4. cow co-ordination committee
    5. cow shelter department
    6. cow food department
    7. cow health department
    8. old age pension for cows / family pension for owners od deceased cows
    9. cow sports / playgrounds

All these departments should be set-up similar to the corresponding departments meant for humans...

in each state, one DCM exclusively for cows and at national level 2 Home Ministers, one for humans, one for cows...

Lot can be done for this cause...

As per you crimes are done for livelihood.
And you say crimes will automatically stop.
There is no logic in the above 2 statements.

If all crimes can stop by itself automatically, then why police department is required?

Please post craps in some other names. Because we highly respect St Peter.

Within a few years cattle population will overtake humans in India and people will die of starvation. Every Indian road will be crowded with old, unproductive cows.

"Fire at those who sold the cows"
Does that happened or happens in Surathkal?

    What a logic ?
May be financial problems or the cows were non productive or old lot. In that case no other alternative than to sell to prospective buyer.

5 years back, in a similar incident that Cops shot one such cattle thief named Kabir who tried to flee . Immediately, Janardhana Poojari and Ramantha Rai roared that ''CBI should investigate'' and the case to be handed over to the CBI. Its more than 6 years and to date Kabirs family is waiting. So its obvious who is the force behind such thefts and how these thieves enjoyed immunity.

Once they ban cow slaughter in Karnataka state we will have such cases day in and day out.
In the process people will fight and kill each other, police and BD/RS will make big money by harassing minorities.

it is advisable if Government starts separate Department for cow policing... because of the sacred and most important duty to protect and guard cows / cattle, police force unable to do justice to human (especially women, girls) safety and protection...

There is not a single day, without incidents of cattle pilfering, reported in the coastal regions of Karnataka !!! These criminals have influential n powerful organizations, which provide them an umbrella of safety and protection, which in turn emboldens them to commit heinous crimes, against our society !!! Well done Inspector Dinesh, those rats have fled, they will be cornered shortly.....Need of the hour is to unearth, expose and prosecute those habitual cabal of lawbreakers !!!
