First of all let the water flow in the man made canals/trenches in Karnataka. and then make new irrigation projects. Why am saying this is there is a arround my small land in Mysore (T Narasipura) this was made ages before and not water is flowing since I bought that land. Previous history I do not know. Governments spend a lot of money in the name of irrigation and nothing happens. stop all these kind of nonsense and provide free borewell digging and also promote rain water harvesting around the borewells and also in the land of farmers.
