Udupi, Apr 24: Coastal areas witnessed a relief with surprise showers lashing certain pockets of the district on Friday night April 23. However, heavy rain accompanied by thunder and lightening has caused heavy damage in several parts of the district.
Numerous trees and several electric fell due to the heavy wind and roaring rains. Places such as Kukkekatte, Parampalli, Kutpady, Ambagilu, Hiriyadka, Kaup and Brahmavar have witnessed the backlash. Several houses and grains stored too have been damaged.
I had heard before that coconut tree would not fall on houses, the theory proves to be wrong.
For the recent day’s climate conditions, we need trees in our surroundings to keep cool in our shelters, but sometime we get hurt from the same trees which is we lovely maintained from the years. But please don’t hate trees.
Its Not surprises its just the teaser of Climate change .. wait ..... more to come
