Bantwal, Oct 19: “The world is looking at India after the onslaught of the corona pandemic. Professor Rajamani unveiled the relationship of man with nature in his book. He explained what happens if you go against nature,” said Dr Kalladka Prabhaker Bhat, president of Puttur Vivekananda Vidyavardhaka Sangha.

He was speaking after releasing ‘Tirugubana’ a book written by professor Rajamani Ramakunja and published by Modankapu Saridantara Prakashana under the aegis of Bantwal taluk Kannada Sahitya Parishat and Kalhana Neerpaje Bheema Bhattara Abhimani Balaga, Bantwal.

Bengaluru Kuvempu Bhasha Bharathi Pradhikara president Dr Girish Bhat Ajakkala presided over the programme. Author professor Rajamani Ramakunja said that the book includes writings on social media about our future during the lockdown.

Chief guest, Manglimar Annappa Swamy Jumadi Banta temple managing trustee Ravishanker Shetty Badaje conveyed his wishes. Kannada Sahitya Parishat Bantwal taluk unit president Mohan Rao and Neepaje Bheema Bhattara Abhimani Balaga Bantwal president B Sudarshan Jain were present. Advocate Ravindra Kukkaje welcomed the gathering. Journalist Gopala Anchan Aladapadavu rendered the vote of thanks. Suryanarayana Rao compered the programme.
