Divisional controllers of Mangaluru, Puttur KSRTC transferred abruptly

Mangaluru, Oct 20: The divisional controllers of the city and Puttur have been abruptly transferred. No replacement has been named for the city.

Arun Kumar was the divisional controller here. He has been transferred as the statistical officer of Hubballi division. No one has been posted in his place.

It is said that there were some allegations against Arun Kumar. Officials of the vigilance department of Bengaluru had come here to investigate. KSRTC officials said this is an administrative transfer. It is said that the chief minister had instructed to post Deepak Kumar, currently working in the central office of KSRTC at Bengaluru in place of Arun Kumar. It is said that the managing director of KSRTC has kept the issue pending.

Jayakar Shetty has been posted as Puttur divisional controller from Hubballi division of KSRTC. Nagendra, who was the divisional controller at Puttur, has been transferred to Majestic bus stand. Initially, a person named Ashraf had been posted to Puttur from Kalaburagi, but this order was reversed within a day and Jayakar Shetty was posted instead.
