One fish weighed 700 kgs while the other was 250 kgs. These were unloaded on the Malpe fishing port on Wednesday. Scores of people were gathered at the fishing port to see these rare giant fish.

Earlier as well, fishing boats of Malpe have caught bigger fish than these. However, after the announcement of the lockdown, these are the biggest fish that were caught by the fishing boats that operate from the Malpe fishing port.
