Gold worth Rs 32.96 lac seized from passenger at Mangaluru International Airport

Mangaluru, Oct 28: Customs officials at Mangaluru International Airport in the city seized 634 grams of gold worth Rs 32,96,800 from a passenger who arrived by SpiceJet flight from Dubaion October 26.

The person who brought the gold is identified as Abubakar Siddique, a resident of Dakshina Kannada.

The passenger had concealed the gold in powdered form on his body.
