Mangaluru: Prize distribution ceremony of Nuthan Cloth Centre's 'Navarangi Seere' contest held

Mangaluru, Oct 30: On the eve of Navaratri, Daijiworld247 in association with Nuthan Cloth Centre Madanthyar, Beltangady had organised 'Navarangi Seere' photo contest from October 17 to 25.

The prize distribution ceremony for the winners of the 'Navarangi Seere' photo contest was held at the Daijiworld office on Friday, October 30.

The photo contest was held for over nine days. Groups with more than three women had to sent photos donning different colour sarees each day throughout the nine days of the contest. The winners of the contest won Rs 30,000 worth prizes from Nuthan Cloth Centre.

The proprietor of Nuthan Cloth Centre, V M Rodrigues, Rajesh Rodrigues and Prakash Rodrigues, managing director of Daijiworld Walter Nandalike and Stany Bela were present.

The winners of the contest are: Geleyara Balaga Tharetota (Grey saree), Mangala Alva and team (Orange saree), Gauthami and team from Udupi (White saree), Supreetha Priya and team (Red saree), Preethi Suvarna and team from Udupi (Blue saree), Inland staffs (Yellow saree), Navaratri Girls (Green saree), Pushpa Attavara (Peacock green saree), Joslin Karkala and Rocking team Mangaluru (Purple saree).

The prize distribution ceremony was compered by Chetan Shetty.
