Sullia, Oct 31: On the issue of overbearing attitude shown by the conductor of a KSRTC bus, two children contacted the helpline and got their grievances redressed on the spot.

Arya Kadya, a fourth standard student and son of Kadya Reshma Yatish from Madappady, and Hritik, son of Pavitra Mahesh couple, who is an eighth standard student, had boarded a bus going to Guthigar at Sullia. The conductor issued full ticket to Arya Kadya. The boy noticed the mistake and asked the conductor to issue him a half ticket as he is a student. But the conductor said his ticket was issued and therefore nothing could be done. The children then sent massage to the helpline number exhibited in the bus, explaining what had happened.
