Mangaluru, Nov 4: Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi arrived Mangaluru airport on Wednesday, November 4 to take part in the special executive meeting which is being hosted for the first time in Dakshina Kannada.

Speaking to reporters regarding statements made by the Opposition leader Siddaramaiah over the change of CM in Karnataka Pralhad Joshi said, "There is no such proposal, chief minister BS Yediyurappa is doing a tremendous job and he will continue as the chief minister."

When asked about bringing in law on religious conversion, Joshi defended the statement made by C T Ravi, stating that the discussion came after the high court's statement and that already few states have been taking measures to introduce a law in that concern.

Talking about Arnab Goswami's arrest, the union minister said, "This will be the beginning of the end of Maharashtra government. Maharashtra government's stand on this is disastrous. Why are Sonia and Rahul Gandhi silent? Why don't they speak against Thackeray? Why don't they speak about freedom of speech? Arnab has also spoken against BJP, but Modi government never took such an action against him," Adding to this, Joshi demanded the release of Arnab.

All the political leaders are ever worried about how to retain their chair at any cost.
They are al the time afraid of losing their power and position. They only think of how to accumulate maximum wealth while they are still in power as nothing is certain in politics. Such being the reality who is there to think about the people, about development, about the economy and about Corona situation and about our roads???
