Kasargod: Manjeshwar MLA MC Qamaruddin remanded in custody until Nov 11

Kasargod, Nov 9: Manjeshwar MLA MC Qamaruddin who was arrested with regards to Fashion Gold jewellery fraud case has been remanded in custody by Hosadurga Court for two days. The court has adjourned the hearing of his petition for bail to Wednesday, November 11. Though the hearing was taken up this morning, the court decided to postpone it to Wednesday as the investigating team requested for his custody.

Following which, the court directed the police to produce the MLA in the court again on Wednesday at 3 pm.

With the MLA sent to police custody, the investigating team will gather details from Qamaruddin in the two days before the hearing on Wednesday. While MLA Qamaruddin, one of the accused in the Fashion Gold jewellery fraud case is in custody, the other primary accused in the case, T K Pookoya Thangal is absconding.

    Hope and pray that the " Fashion Gold Jewellery " case, in Kasargod, does not end like the IMA scam, in Bangaluru !!! Both these frauds were carefully orchestrated by Netas !!!!
