Udupi, Dec 15: “No matter how much we study it is never enough. As we face an increasing number of challenges in life, students should indulge in extracurricular activities along with academics and develop more skills. Students should learn new inventions on computers as those will help them reach their goal during future tests and interviews in their career,” said Madhwa Vadiraja Institute of Technology and Management, Bantakal professor Dr Vasudeva. He was speaking after distributing certificates at St Mary's College, Shirva.
“Students of all the streams should make use of extracurricular activities. Students will be able to face new challenges and secure suitable jobs when they obtain suitable education and training during their student life,” said college principal Dr Herald Ivan Monis.
The head of the department of science and director of information technology unit K Pravin Kumar, computer education director Divyashree, students, college teaching and non-teaching staff were present. Abhishek welcomed the gathering and Sukesh rendered the vote of thanks. Dakshayini compered the programme.
