Sullia: Police arrest accused who had 14 warrants issued in his name

Sullia, Dec 17: Sullia police have arrested a man who has had 14 warrants issued in his name. The accused has been identified as Prateek, a resident of Madappadi village, Sullia against whom a warrant was issued under the Negotiable Instruments Act, Section 138 in the Sullia police station on December 16.

He was produced before the court and remanded to judicial custody. Over 14 warrants were issued so far against him by Court Of Additional Civil Judge & JMFC, Sullia in connection with five different cases and currently has four warrants against him.
