Bantwal: GP elections - 30-year-old man killed after vehicle overturns at celebration rally

Bantwal, Dec 30: In a tragic incident, a vehicle overturned at a celebration rally in Golthamajalu area of Bantwal taluk on Wednesday, December 30.

The deceased person has been identified as 30-year-old Netla resident Naresh. In the accident, winning candidate Deepak, Jagannath, Guruvappa, Suchitra, Nalini and Yogesh were also hurt. They were transported to a hospital nearby.

Bantwal traffic police have registered a case in this connection.
