Mangaluru: Customs officers seize smuggled gold

Mangaluru, Dec 31: A passenger who arrived by an Indigo flight from Dubai on December 27 was found to be in possession of gold worth Rs 17.82 lac. The customs officials found 349.6 grams of gold that was concealed inside a speaker. The gold has been seized and a case was registered.

The person in question is from Kasargod.
