Bengaluru, Jan 22: Many a time it becomes hard to find suitable English words for the expressions in local dialect. Because of confusion about translation and exact meaning of certain words, people often get flummoxed.

A person who got utterly confused has been in the news for wrong reasons. He not only got profoundly confused, but also consumed cow dung cake by believing it to be normal cake. This has given rise to animated discussions in social media.

The man, wanting to get a cake online, had searched the web. He found the words, cow dung cake. Unable to understand what cow dung is, he ordered for the cake, thinking it to be a new kind of cake, and feeling happy at being able to get such a cheap cake.

He paid just Rs 199 for a pack of 12 cakes. Delivery was free. The parcel contains the description that it was made purely out of the dung of Indian cow. He just understood that it was pure and ate it. His spirit was dampened a bit however, as it did not taste the way he expected it to. Angered by the taste and smell of the cake, he wrote adverse comments in the comments section of Amazon. He said that the cake tasted like slush, it was very bad, and advised the company to maintain hygiene at the spot where this cake was being made. This comment was shared on Twitter by Dr Sanjay Arora. It has become viral and the netizens are thoroughly entertained.
