Mangaluru: Kannada movie 'Manku Bhai Foxy Rani' selected for film festival in United Kingdom

Mangaluru, Feb 16: 'Manku Bhai Foxy Rani', a film directed by Gagan M has been creating a buzz with its unique title and has been selected for the 'Lift of Global Network First Time Filmmaker Sessions' Film Festival, United Kingdom.
 
Gagan M developed a passion for films from a young age and has now become an independent film director. He creates a story, makes a short film out of it and uploads on YouTube. Now, he has stepped into the shoes of a film director.
 
The film is being shot in Vittal and Puttur. It is said to be in the last stage. The film, which has a different title, will see actor Prakash Thuminad in a new look, Rupesh Shetty and television actress Geetha Bharati Bhat will play the lead.
 
 
Panchami Rao, Arjun K J, Yogeesh S, Sandesh Neermarga, Gurukiran Rai, Akshtah Vittal, Gokul Krishna Acharya, Savyaraj Kalladka, Mokshith Shetty, Utsav Gurpur, Sooraj Shetty, Nidhi Rai, and Vinaya Shettigar will be seen in the cast.

M K Shajan has done the cinematography, music is being composed by Vinyas and Shameer Mudipu, and Sushanth Shetty is the editor of the movie.

The movie plot revolves around an overweight girl getting married and the incidents which follow it.
