Bangalore: Archbishop Bernard Moras Ordains 17 Capuchin Friars as Deacons

Bangalore, Jun 30: Archbishop Dr Bernard Moras ordained seventeen Capuchin friars as Deacons during the ordination ceremony held at Darshan Institute of Theology here on Tuesday June 29.
The theme they had chosen for this grace-filled occasion was ‘Be My Witnesses’.
In line with the sentiments of these brothers, Rector Baptist Rodrigues, newly-appointed director, the Darshan Institute of Theology, exhorted them to be witnesses through the example of their lives. He said, “We become living Gospels – the Good News to all we encounter”. The brothers on their part could not but agree in unison that they would work towards the realization of this goal.
