Mangalore : Beary Play ‘Terrorist’ Focuses on National Integration

Mangalore, Jul 24: ‘Terrorist’, a unique play on national integration and the war against terrorism, was performed by the Beary Changyaimar troupe at Town Hall here on Friday July 23 at 6 pm.
Director, script writer, and actor Rahim Uchil welcomed the gathering.
The programme was inaugurated by Sadananda Shetty, president, Shridevi Educational Trust, Mangalore. In his inaugural speech, he said that the play is in a very pure form and it is fiction which is unrelated to any person, but it conveys a very good message about national integration.
Walter Nandalike, editor-in-chief, Daijiworld.com, was the chief guest of the programme who wished it all success and encouraged Uchil to make many more successful plays.
Mumtaz Ali, president, Badriya Educational Trust, presided over the function.
Karnataka Beary’s cultural forum member Aziz Baikampady, former president of Karnataka Kannada Sahitya Parishad Harikrishna Punaroor, BCF Dubai office bearer M E Moolur, Suresh Shetty from Mumbai, writer B S Gangadar were some of the other guests at the programme.
