PFI Aims to Convert Kerala into Muslim Majority: Achuthanandan 

New Delhi, Jul 24 (IANS): Radical Islamic outfit Popular Front of India (PFI) is aiming to convert Kerala into a Muslim majority state in the next 20 years, Kerala Chief Minister V.S. Achuthanandan said here Saturday.

"For achieving that goal, the outfit is pumping money to attract youth and give them weapons. They also try to convert youth from other communities and persuade them to marry Muslim girls," Achuthanandan told reporters here.

The chief minister's statement came as his Left Democratic Front (LDF) government intensified a crackdown on the outfit, whose activists have been accused of chopping off one of the hands of a college professor for allegedly making derogatory references to Prophet Mohammed.

Justifying the crackdown on the outfit, Achuthanandan said the police is closely watching PFI's activities.

The chief minister said the outfit tried to create a clean image by organising freedom parades on independence day.

Various district administrations have already banned the parade organised by the PFI every Aug 15, he said.

    If scarf of Muslims looks dangerous to him then whether it would be better for him to advise the citizenry to live like Naga Sadhus? Then what about the Nuns? Language (Mother tongue), Attires and scripts are the identities of any living nation. If you want to save the identity of your nation then you have to clinch the scripts, attires and mother tongue which are there for the centuries. If Muslims are doing so then what is problem to you? Alwyn is mentally sick. He is interested in seeing the bare thighs ladies (as is shown in TV shows) and he expects that every one should behave and think like him.

    I am sure that you have serious Psychological disorder caused by Islamophobia, Zionism, Brahmanical racism etc.

    Mr. Achuthanandan is a very seasoned/secular politician. He will not make any foolish statements unless he has some strong evidence! However, the Sang Parivar, which is very strong in Karnataka can stop the PFI's dirty designs in Kerala. Unfortunately, the Sang Parivar is attacking a very weak community (which is less than 2%). Sang Parivar is very much afraid of PFI as the latter has huge funds (billions of Dollars) at their disposal. That is why PFI has become very active and spread their ideology by creating fear among the poor people of Kerala. I call upon the Sang Parivar to fight this evil. Sang Parivar should fight for justice and protect the innocent people, instead of attacking the weak communities. lONG LIVE PEACEFUL INDIA.

    Why this unnecessary statement from a chief minister? Can he stop it happening? What is big deal when people of one religion become majority in some part in INDIA? Such cases are already there in many places. What we should worry is growing terrorism. Terrorism is confined to one relegion only. Whole world including INDIA is doing all that is necessary to counter this and we will succeed. We, young and old irrespective of relegion should support and contribute our bit to discourage terrorism. For sure, terrorism would fail and would be finished.

    Mr. Achutanadan has disclosed the facts about PFI. PFI is nothing but a local outfit floated by our enemies. The CM of Kerala should be appreciated for placing the facts and not mincing words. It may be noted that this PFI exist in most parts of India and it is high time that they be brought under strict scrutiny both on finance and membership.

    Mr Achuttanandan you should reallize that Muslims have ruled this country for hundreds of years,if at all they were interested in converting non muslim to Islam ,They could have done this easily. Now till this date there are millions of Coptic Christian living in Egypt in a predominantly Muslim Country.You cannot blame PFI for the act of some individual who has done a crime.At first place PFI would not have been there if minorities and backwards classes were given thier full rights and justice.You cannot blame an organisation for the act of an individual, the same way you cannot blame the BJP for Narendra Modis act for killing/masacaring Muslims.Basically people like you dont want Muslim to progress in this country thats the exact reason why these statements comes from you all.Muslims have tobear all the losses during riots,thier youths are targeted and trapped by all the governmental security agencies.this country will be never at peace as long the ruling parties do injstice to te minorities

    I appreciate Mr.Achuthanandan's bold statements about PFI.My personal understanding after speaking to many PFI activists is that their agenda is quite dangerous to our national integrity and their wings should be curtailed by banning the organization for the good of INDIA in general and Muslim community in particular.

    Hats off to Mr. Achutanandan for his open statement. These are the worst of the worse brutal beasts which are dangerous to the civilized society.

    We need BJP to handle this type of anti nationals. Congress is playing appeasing and vote bank politics whcih is quiteevident from Sohrabuddin encounter case.

    We can not eleminate this cancer through democratic rule of law. They deserve only encounters and nothing less than encounters. The sad part of the whole story is that even media is shedding crocodile's tears when terorists are eleminated because they also want the viewership.

    There is a urgent need to amend the IPC for a better future of India and a peaceful co-existence of all communities in the society.

    Christians wake up from the deep sleep. You are more vulnerable than any other community. Safron has a heart but these terrorists have no heart.

    MR Achutanadan's CPM party is more criminal,dangerous and anti development for Kerala rather than PFI.If properly investigated there would more criminal and murder cases against CPM workers in kerala especially by DYFI.One instance- In a primary school class room infront of childrens teacher was murderd by them for the political reason!!!I am not supporting what PFI has done.The issue is more political rather than seriouness.
