Mangalore: Bad Weather, Shifting Operations Force Air India to Reschedule Flights Again

Mangalore, Aug 1: Owing to bad weather, Air India Express has yet again rescheduled its domestic and international flights.
In an official communiqué to Daijiworld.com, Air India informed that the Doha-Bahrain flight which was supposed to leave at 8.00 am on Sunday August 1 and had been rescheduled for 01.30 pm with its route revised to Mangalore-Doha-Kuwait- Bahrain will now leave at 5.00 pm. Reporting time for passengers 3.00 pm. The IX 820 will arrive at 06.10 am on August 2 Monday at the new terminal.
Further, the Dubai flight scheduled for departure at 9.35 pm on August 1 Sunday is now estimated to depart at 8.00 am on August 2 Monday from the new terminal. The delay is due to operational reasons as shifting is in process from old to new terminal. In the meantime, domestic flight to Mumbai scheduled to depart at 10.00 am on August 2 Monday will now depart at 5.00 pm on the same day.
