Bantwal, May 13: “There are seven active Corona cases at Balthila gram panchayat limits. The work by the task force with regard to Corona is satisfactory,” said MLA Rajesh Naik. He was speaking in a meeting of the task force held at Balthila gram panchayat.

“Among those who have arrived from other districts, one person is tested positive,” informed the health department. “False suspicions are being spread about the vaccination. Those who have registered will get vaccination. People who arrive after getting a message over their mobile phones will be given priority. There is no need to panic. There is no need to rush to the hospital. All will get vaccinations. The task force should explain it to the people,” said tahsildar Rashmi S R.

Balthila gram panchayat president Hiranmayi, vice president Jyothi S Nayak, Buda president Devadas Shetty, Bantwal tahsildar Rashmi S R, taluk panchayat chief executive Rajanna, Bantwal CDPO Gayatri Kambali, panchayat PDO Sandhya, revenue inspector Rama Katipalla, village accountant Yashwitha, MLA’s task force’s Devappa Poojary, Ramanath Rai, Yashodhara Karbettu, task force committee and officers were present.
