Apparently no attempt was made to find experts experts from all communities. Yeddiyuruppa seems incapable of understanding the premise that in a pandemic a leader has to win the trust of all communities.

The list of experts / panel is full of medical experts from mostly Bengaluru. Great that Dr. Devi Shetty is heading the Team who is of Mangalorean origin. Why are n't there any members from Mangaluru although we have well experienced experts like Dr. Shantharam Shetty and many others too. Most of the meetings / discussions will be online so it does not matter whether one can travel or not. For all medical imports etc. they use NEW MANGALORE PORT but for decisions and expert advice Mangaluru is neglected. Hope and wish that our country gets back to normalcy primarily as far as health is concerned and then economy.

Ruthless communists chinese will outsmart these 'experts' by bringing in one more virus other than covid mutant from their evil bio factory and their sidekick WHO will take ages to find solution or will not allow to use existing medicines also make experts clueless? Better use or involve military bio weapon / medical experts!

Only sl.no.12 is a epidemiology professor in the panel. Why so many pediatricians and only one sl.no.12. Dont we need more like sl.no.12 on this panel who have field experience? If not available in karnataka cant another state resource be made available? . Panel of experts has to be balanced ,1:13 , that too a professor ,who may not have ground experience

Agree with you. We require more of Epidemiologists, and also virologist who have done extensive studies and are well experienced in the subject. Do not understand the wisdom in appointing so many doctors who at the most will have similar view. It looks like Govt wanted to show to the public that it based is decisions in expert advise. But tis expertise may not be balanced to adress the issue.

There is only one epidemiologist in the task force. No virologists, microbiologists at all. Nobody from General medicine, critical care, anaesthesia, infectious diseases. These are the specialists who actually take care of Covid patients. Somebody from nursing fraternity also needs to be there.
