Mangaluru, Jun 8: Nature is a miracle we depend upon. We should strive to raise awareness about how humanity is damaging the natural world and show students how ecosystems can be revived. As a small step to educate, empower and encourage young minds, The Yenepoya School conducted a virtual programme on the occasion of World Environment Day on June 5 on the theme titled, 'COVID-19 Rejuvenation of Mother Nature'.
The programme was introduced by the MC, Aminah Maznah Mohammed of class 7 followed by invocation led by Siddarth R Shetty of class 6.

World Environment Day may be done, but the work is just beginning. Let us aim to restore nature and to become the illuminating light of nature-based solutions.
