Bellary Court Issues 9th Non-bailable Warrant against Janardhana Reddy

Bellary, Aug 26 (PTI): A local court today issued a fresh non-bailable warrant against state Tourism Minister and mining magnate G Janardhana Reddy for alleged destroying of boundary marks on the Karnataka-Andhra Pradesh borders for illegal mining.  
 
Reddy, facing allegations of illegal mining, has not responded to earlier eight NBWs ever since the first one was issued by the Sandur Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court in December last.

JMFC Magistrate of Kudligi D G Pramod, also in-charge of Sandur JMFC, issued the warrant returnable by September 25.Tappal Narayana Reddy, a rival mine owner in 2006, had filed a complaint against Reddy and some others accusing them of destroying the boundary marks at Vitlapura, Tumti on the Karnataka border and at Malapuragudi bordering Andhra Pradesh.

Police had registered a case against Reddy on the basis of the complaint.

    Of couse Reddy is making fun of JMFC and judiciary....

    Now Indian legal system is thoroughly rotten from within..If Reddy surrenders tomorrow he will have to attend at least 10 times till his trial begins...

    Court's should call an accused on bail, when it is ready for trial, with witnesses ready.... not unnecessarily 10-20 times to get next date...

    Mr Moily , you are a Legal "Vidhvan", why dont you make necessary change's IPC/CRPC and make it mandetory for courts to call accused on bail only when it is ready for trail..., than calling him/her as ritual so lawyers of accused make fee, and a big quee oustside courts, and good business for bars(not law bars!!!)???

    I think Mr Reddy knows about this and also thinks accuser Mr Taapal Nagesh is not an angel, like Lad and Siddu, so he just mocks judicary.

    Law is for lower middle class people.Rich and powerful people can buy law,ignore law,demolish law.poor people donot understand law.If arrested it is a burden for the govt.middle class people try to live decently but the law will not allow to do so.Janardhan Reddy can engage mr Jetmalani who is theonly one who knows law to defend him.Mr acharya will not find Reddy nor his policemen to even 10 th nbw.Police have eagle on poor people and blind against rich and powerful and opponent people of the ruling party.

    If they arrest him one of our state ministers will have to lose his job like Soba Karandlaje. Therefore better not to risk of arresting him. Other option is to ask AP govt to arrest him rather than risking someone’s job.

    What a shame? Karnataka police can not arrest him and produce before the court? When Madani can be arrested from Kerala state why not Reddy can not be arrested he is very much in Karnataka and Karantaka ministry. Whare is Acharya, the Home Minister, can he order the police to arrest him? If he is not able to arrest him, he and CM should resign as they failed to uphold the constitution, who have taken the oath to uphold the constitution.

    Where is the law and order in Karnataka? The Karnataka police could not arrest this reddy and produce before the court, what a shame. Reddy has no right to hold constitutional post when he is not obeying the court which has the right to uphold the constitution.

    Where is Venkaiah Naidu now? Can he not advise his friend to surrender before the court? He has been explaining the people of Mysore and Bellary that anybody can live in any part of the country as per constitution. Why not he explain him the constitution now? This outsider was talking for a outsider. By domolishing the Karnataka border, these reddy brothers included our land with AP. This is an offence and these looters of Karnataka mineral wealth should be punished. CM is answerable for this lawlessness situation in the state. When he can arrest Madani and why not this thief?

A person who used to walk bare footed about 15 years ago (by the way now he is the owner of few luxury casrs & chopper) now he must be worth about 50000 Crores after looting national wealth.
