Women’s Wing of Billavar Association Holds ‘Navaratri Utsav’

The women’s wing of the metro-based Billavar Association began ‘Navaratri Utsav’ celebrations here recently.
 
Bunts Sangh women’s wing president Asha Manohar Hegde was the chief guest on the occasion who inaugurated the Utsav.
 
Billavar Association president Jaya C Suvarna, Leelavati J Suvarna, and honorary president Y Nagesh were the guests of honour.



 
Billavar Association executive president Jayanti V Ullal, vice-president S Poojary, honorary secretary Laxmi N Kotian, Bharat Co-operative Bank (Mumbai) Limited president Vasudev R Kotian, Billavar Association vice-presidents L V Amin, M B Kukyan, Nityanand D Kotian and C T Salian, honorary chief secretary Jyothi K Suvarna, honorary chief treasurer Uday S Salian, joint secretaries Mohandas G Poojary, Dharmesh S Salian, U Dhananjay Kumar and Dhananjay S Kotian, joint treasurers Ganesh M Billava, Mahesh Karkala, Dharmapal G Anchan, Rajesh J Bangera, Seva Dal chief Ganesh K Poojary and Gangadhar Poojary Goregaon were present on the occasion.
 
The Utsav went on through Friday night. Women’s wing executive committee members Sumalata V Amin, Sumitra S Bangera, Prabha K Bangera, Laxmi Poojary, Pramila Kotian, Chandrakala R Suvarna, Vilasini K Salian, Susheela Poojary, Jyothi G Suvarna, Asha Anchan, Geethanjali Salian, Prema R Kotian, Sunita Vittal, and Nirmala Sanil were present.
