Mangaluru, Sep 28: The most popular Konkani reality show, presented by Mandd Sobhann - MCC Bank Ltd Soad-5 Mangoa, has reached the Top-10 stage.
Having passed the scrutiny of different panels of most qualified judges, at each of the five stages, Jason Lobo, Bondel; Vaibhav Vishwas Kamath, Goa, Rynel Sequeira, Kulshekar; Marvel Chtiston D'Souza, Udupi; Jeevan Bostyanv Siddi, Mundgod; Lisha Gretal D'Silva, Derebail; Sonal Agnes Monteiro, Kulshekar; Lavita Rolita D'Souza, Thokkottu; Treeza Lopes, Honnavar; and Carol Preema Sequeira, Valencia. All the Top-10 winners will receive a cash prize of Rs 10,000/- each, sponsored by Nelson Rodricks, Dubai, have qualified for the Top-10 stage.
The next stages would be 'Super Six' and 'Final Four'. Finally, a female and a male will be declared winners (Ranni Kogull and Ray Kogull). They shall win a cash prize of Rs 50,000 each. They will also be invited to perform in London, by SKA London.

Soad-5 commenced with the auditions conducted at Kalaangann, attended by 175 contestants from Dakshina Kannada, Udupi, Uttara Kannada, Bengaluru, Kerala and Goa.
Soad-5 was preceded by Soad-1 (2005), Soad-2 (2008), Soad-3 - International (2011), Soad-4 (2014).
Many promising talents have been identified and are doing well in the music field. Soad is a great platform for emerging singing talents.
