i dont know whether to laugh or cry? people who are supposed to catch the thieves are glove in hand with them..mining dept like any other dept is highly corrupt...so what can be expected? total country has gone to the dogs...winston churchills statement that indians cannot rule themselves is proved beyond any doubt....many progressive indian writers said within five years of attaining independence that 'THE ONLY DIFFERENCE BEFORE 1947 AND NOW IS THAT THE SKIN COLOUR OF THE EXPLOITERS IS CHANGED'...that sums it up..

I am building a house and i am a tax paying middle class citizen like rest of the people building independent house, amount of drama these people do to raise the sand price is crazy. First they stop the sand extraction saying licence is expired. Then ppl are forced to buy illegally so they get the cut. Everyone knows and from small independent builders to large builders everyone has to buy the highly priced sand. For 2 units it was 6000 2 month back and it reached 12 k and now its 10k. Its all demand and supply. Lets say if a person is building a house and is inbetween of construction, he has no choice but to fall in this trap or else our construction gets delayed amount gets stuck, homeloan gets extended. Same thing happens in other government operated offices like khatha, corporation, irrespective of political parties this remains the same
