Mangaluru: Cast vote against BJP for self-respect – MLA U T Khader

Daijiworld Media Network – Mangaluru (MS)

Mangaluru, Dec 7: “Everyone should cast their vote against the BJP government in order to upkeep their self-respect. If the gram panchayat members do not send warning messages about the pathetic state of the panchayat raj system, it will deteriorate,” said MLA U T Khader.

He was speaking at the press meet that was held at Congress Bhavan on Tuesday December 7. He further said, “Under the rule of BJP, instead of decentralization of power, attempts are made to centralize. When Congress was in power, the honorary amount of president and vice president was increased. Now, in the 15th finance commission it is reduced by BJP.

“Though zilla panchayat elections were announced a year ago, it is not held practically. Though the court order said to form a committee, still its rules and style of functioning are not decided. Now they are trying to fool people.

“If taluk panchayat is cancelled, will the MLA be able to look after the departments? BJP is snatching the rights of gram panchayat members.

“Server of gram panchayat Khata is not working properly. BJP does not have the ability to get that corrected also. They are asking permission from MUDA. Seems their brain is not working. What is the necessity of NOC from MUDA when a person has RTC? There were no issues of this nature during the rule of Congress. Is this a pro-people government?

“It is the decision of the government to give college for the function organized by ABVP. When the chief secretary of engineering college demands, it should be given at any cost.

“Nalin Kumar Kateel was a Congress worker earlier. He might be recalling his good olden days in Congress. If he wants to be at peace, he should join Congress. Nalin expects Congress workers to be in BJP.

“As petroleum prices were slashed after BJP suffered defeat in elections, let the gram and zilla panchayat elections be a warning bell to the BJP government,” he said.

When asked about Congress representatives joining BJP, Khader said, “It is a common thing. Congress representatives who joined BJP were not happy with Congress. Do you think they will be happy after joining BJP?”

Monopoly is what these politicians want. Khader in Ullal, Moily in Karkala, Yeddy in Shimoga, Gowda in Hassan, Thackeray in Bandra, Pawar in Baramti, Yadav in UP, etc. All parties are equal opportunity offenders but most examples are there in Congress....Gandhi Vadra combine is the latest offering. In order to protect that, these guys will provoke you whichever way and collaborate across party lines if it suits them. The latest tasty dish offered from Ullal is called self-respect.

Both National parties have failed -- Broadly - No hope - One played appeasement politics - viz - Congress - Other Hindutva -- From late 80 's - only light on the Horizon was Dr MANMOHAN Singh - First liberalization - as Finance min --later as PM - although ridiculed - --- all data says - during MMS -- India grew well - Economically - but was unfortunately bogged down - Coalition politics or DHARMA- BJP rode on ANNA HAZARE - KEJRIWAL movement -- supported by RSS - INDIA AGAINST CORRUPTION - movement --who were fanning from behind - and unprecedented charges by CAG - MR VINOD RAI - later proved wrong - 2 G scam- COAL scam etc - Public taken for a ride by these charges and nothing has changed thereafter -- Today also we have scams ----Bigger -- Bank write offs - many wilful defaulters etc - 20 lakh crores-- As per Dy RBI GOVERNOR -- 2014 - general elections -- PM elect --MODI rode on this with help from media managers like PRASHANTH KISHORE - now available at a Price - presently bought by TMC -- gallivanting all around INDIA with TMC leaders -- Now new thinking needed if India has to move forward - new political party needed - both have failed -- Plus AAP sadly copying BJP -- and all freebies - power etc etc -- Possibly Regional leaders come together - shedding their ECCENTRICITIES --

For the Love of Jesus Christ , will any Congress leader answer these 4 , Million dollar question in these conferences. Why should we vote for you?, How different are you from BJP, ? What is your agenda and Manifesto? What can we, pubic expect if you come to power? This is what public loves to hear! We are tired of these conferences, yesterday it was Rai , today its Khader. Tomorrow Ivan, Day after Lobo. On Sunday it will be Mithun. All the same rhetoric. 'BJP is that,''. ''Modi is this'. 'RSS is there'. 'Nalin is here' . Guys we are sick of this.! We dont want to listen to this cxap anymore. You are reduced to a laughing stock as you decimate yourselves with this non sense. No wonder, some voters esp youngsters complain that they cannot comprehend what current Congress leaders say. Hope good sense prevail. Thanks !

Congress should give tickets to candidates on a rotation basis in these special constituencies like Ullal. It cannot have the same leader for 25 years. One term, then change. This will also ensure Congress to have nurture good futuristic leaders. Do not wait for an ouster.

Ha Ha ha. Even the Congress supporters are laughing. The Congress should give some one else a chance in Ullala this time. Last time was a close call, This time SDPI has really grown in Mluru. Khader should fight some where else and prove that he is a popular Congress leader anywhere and not in a 'safe constituency'.

The BJP has openly said, it does not require votes from 'WE' that you are referring to. In fact there is major flow into BJP Minority Morcha from the 'We' faction. Hope you understand. Also besides internet karsevaking with fake ids, the 'WE' has nothing else to contribute. It was obvious during the CAA protests and other such activities where all minorities were called , where the 'We' was!
