UAE to change official weekend to Saturday-Sunday from Jan 1, 2022

Daijiworld Media Network - Dubai

Dubai, Nov 7: The UAE has announced that it will transition to a four-and-a-half day working week, with Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday forming the new weekend.. All Federal government departments will move to the new weekend from January 1, 2022.

"The UAE is the first nation in the world to introduce a national working week shorter than the global five-day week," official news agency WAM reported.

The working week will start on Monday and end by Friday afternoon. The working hours for federal employees are set to be from 7.30am to 3.30pm, with 8.5 working hours per day. On Friday, employees will work for 4.5 hours.

On Fridays, employees will also be allowed to choose flexible work or work-from-home options. The announcement also said that Friday sermons and prayers would be held after 1.15pm across the UAE all year long.

Great news. If same thing happens in India by now all start blaming conversion issues and western countries because all west is close on Saturday Sunday. Soon middle east may give a holiday on Christmas day. Pope Francis made a big impact on these nations. specifically UAE and Bahrain give a great honour to Pope Francis. Modi anna met Pope and hugged him. Never know things may change miracles ways. Governance days may turns into original authentic Christmas holiday

The UAE made a business decision trying to balance religion and business. As Banks and Multi national trading companies are closed on Saturday and Sunday around the world, and the UAE was closed on Friday, this made the working week from Monday to Thursday - 4 days only. Now looking at the 7/8 hour time difference then Thursday too is unproductive because by the time companies on the West open up for business, companies in the UAE have closed for the day. This brings the productive week down to just 3 days doing full business with the West and the rest of the world, finally good business sense has dawned on the UAE, hope the rest of the Islamic countries will follow this example for their own good.

In 21st Century Indian politicians are taking India to primitive age of animal worship and Cow urine/dung therapy Beef slaughter ban (only export oriented) ! Rename, street names, State names (spellings) Intl. Airport name and bring Love Jihad, Religion conversion acts (converting to Hinduism no problem) since 8 years stand still but blaming Congress rule is still going on in full swing. most of the schemes remained flop or met with U-turns. What is growing is Chalthi ka naam Gaadi aur badthi ka naam Daadi !

In UAE all are educated and they don't run after religion If this is the case in India then first uneducated and in civilized people think this is Christian people ideology and this should not be accepted. In Europe everyone not at all brother about religion conversion etc. They are doing job and earning money.therefore these countries are rich In India people not interested in working.only running behind religion and crime.
