Bengaluru: Bitcoin scam - With accused Sriki still 'missing', police to seek cancellation of bail

Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Dec 12: The city police have decided to approach the court seeking cancellation of bail of the infamous hacker Srikrishna alias Sriki, who is accused in the Bitcoin scam.

Sources in the city police said that Sriki has violated the conditions of bail and is underground at the moment.

Sriki was supposed to be present in front of the investigating officers every Saturday and sign the register according to the condition in the bail. However, he has been absconding for three weeks.

A high ranking police official was quoted by Kannada media as saying, "We have to submit the inquiry details to the court as the matter is subjudice. However, we do not know Sriki’s whereabouts. If he has some emergency or medical issue, it should have been brought to the notice of the investigating officers. Hence we have decided to appeal to the court to cancel his bail application."

Sriki was provided with personal protection after the opposition party leaders urged that his life was in danger. However, his security guards also do not have any clue about his whereabouts. A case was filed against Sriki on the accusation of assaulting the hotel personnel after consuming drugs.

Oh he is very well guarded and protected with Z category security from BJP high command. Police are playing blind and innocent to the public. BTW, if the govt can not find this fraud in thier own back yard then how the govt could find any terrorists, drug peddlers like in Aryan Khan’s case and financial fugitives like Mallya????……If there is will and profit then there are many ways.
