“The details of submitted land gathered under the fast track system will be posted on the MCC website in the coming days. With regard to the said notice, details of properties submitted five years or prior to the initiation of the Amendment Act on October 7, 2021 will be posted on the MCC website and TDR Cell notice board.

DCR is a useless piece of paper for most, even if it is given. Better take monetary compensation which is twice the MARKET VALUE( not guidance value) according to the amended Land Acquisition Act effective 1 Jan 2014. Remember TDR is optional not compulsory. Nobody can snatch your land if you do not give your consent after the LAQ was amended.

After giving land does the MCC develop the place or finish the road works on time absolutely no. Then what will people who get the DRC do? Keep licking the certificate.
