Bengaluru: Minor boy in police net for stealing six auto rickshaws

Daijiworld Media Network - Bengaluru (SP)

Bengaluru, Mar 23: Many a times, the people we respect for their decency and honesty might turn out to be outright thieves. Similarly, in a case of vehicle thefts reported in the city, a minor has been found to be a culprit.

Incidents of vehicles parked in front of houses getting stolen and converted into spare parts are often heard from the city. Changing of number plates and creating fake records to sell the vehicles have also been not uncommon.

The police have now taken  into custody a minor on the allegation of stealing six auto rickshaws. The stolen auto rickshaws worth Rs 15 lac have been confiscated from the boy's possession. It is said that he used to steal three-wheelers from Kengeri, Kamakshipalya, Cottonpet, Chandra Layout, Kumbalagodu and Sheshadripuram. The Kengeri police could confiscate these vehicles and six cases of missing auto rickshaws reported from various parts of the city have been solved with this.

The police personnel are questioning him in detail to get clues of any gang with which he might be involved with, and whether a gang of minors is operating here.

Wow ,his career has begann early.Parents also must be from same line ?Instead of sending to educate sent to steal three wheelers.Tomorrow will be four wheelers with more weight .There are some people or gang send children or minors to steal because they get hardly or less punishment. Here too there are people who let costly cars or LKW.overnight off the shore ,without a trace.Next day you will see as spare parts in a spare part shop to buy.You get there where other shops dont have from A to Z.Air bags to newly brought out smart autos with Battery..Have to findout who is the backbone of this business.Do parents inquire where he is going and doing instead of school?Or after the school?shame to all of them .Upbringing says everything .Atleast make an attempt now to bring him out of road and safe in the soceity of educated for the future to become a normal boy.Hope he learns from his faults or go back to his old work?Pray he will become one nice boy-

The minor boy might be a part of a huge gang. He won't be able to steal all alone. The biggest culprits are in the RTO.
