Ricky Martin's Sons Taught Him 'Unconditional Love'

London, Feb 2 (IANS) Singer Ricky Martin says his twin boys have taught him a lot about "unconditional love".

Martin insists his two-year-old sons - Matteo and Valentino - have brought positive changes to his life, and made him selfless, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

"(I have learnt from my children) heavy lessons about simplicity and unconditional love. I don't want to sound cliched, another father talking about unconditional love, but man, that's the way it is. You hear it all the time, but when you feel this other branch of love getting stronger and stronger every day, it's just amazing," Martin said.

"Every day they teach me different things. The love is there. When you have a two-year-old saying every other hour, 'Papi, te amo. Papi, I love you,' it can't get better," he added.

The 39-year-old, who admitted he is gay, had his sons via a surrogate mother in August 2008.
