Mangaluru, Jun 2: State president of the BJP, Nalin Kumar Kateel said here on Wednesday June 1 that the National Students Union of India (NSUI) and the Congress workers have exhibited their goonda culture by creating a ruckus after attacking the house of B C Nagesh, Minister for Primary and Secondary Education, in Tiptur.

Speaking to media persons here, Kateel said every citizen has the right in a democracy to protest against the government's omissions and commissions. But he said it is condemnable that Congress is exhibiting goonda culture that is rooted in it as the grand old party. He said people have rejected the Congress at the state and at the Centre. The attack made at B C Nagesh was an organised act of conspiracy, Kateel said, adding that, the fear of losing in the forthcoming elections is the reason for such attacks. He warned the Congress party against continuing such attacks.

Naveen Kumar Kateel has sought a thorough inquiry into the incident of attack made on B C Nagesh. He said already 15 of them have been arrested and many more accused will be booked adding that action will be taken against the remaining.
