Mangaluru: Centre for Counter terrorism team conducts demonstration

Mangaluru, Jun 16: Centre for Counter terrorism (CCT) conducted a demonstration at CAR ground on Thursday June 16.

The team of 30 members underwent training for 2 months.

Police commissioner N Shashi Kumar said, “The CCT team of 30 members underwent two months of physical and mental training and skill sharpening. The training included room intervention, hostage rescue, and handling weapons under specialized circumstances tackling anti-social elements.”

The police commissioner also informed that Varun water cannon vehicle is added to the City Armed Forces which contains high quantity of water.
