Nothing will happen to these people. ACB do not have the right to take any further action after the ride. They only have the right to conduct the ride. Have we ever seen that these kind of peoples were punished anywhere in india. After the ride these kind of people are the big shots.

I think the AE stopped giving hafta to ACB and that's why raid is conducted? Nevertheless, the raid would teach lesson to others who take bribes

Indian money in swiss banks grown 50perc more in the past 8yrs, as per reports. So much talk of black money and no corruption, but end of the day, looting of the country has intensified under the watchful eyes of Modi led BJP govt. Here and there, few guys have to get caught and will get caught. That is just to keep the public in good books, as they think lots been happening to curb corruption. Look at the amount of Gold caught in Mangalore Airport. If a small smuggler has doing it, they may have gone out the business by now. These are syndicates and secured with political patronage, they wont bother a few drops vanishing for a while.

This is the only development of 75 years of independence..!!!. Let them confiscate the ill-gotten wealth and dismiss the corrupt from service when proved guilty without any compensation, benefits for life then you will see the result.

It is our created problem. Recently I visited village accountant office for a certificate with my 83 year old father. They asked few documents and we went again after 2 weeks. They again told few additional documents required. I knew they wanted bribe but my father stopped me from giving. Finally we got the certificate after 2 months (instead of few days) without paying a single rupee. I m ashamed that the honesty my father has is no longer with me.

You have nailed it properly. If the giver decides that he will not give a single penny then the corruption will end. It will be tough but to achieve the good we need to do it. If we start protesting when someone asks bribe then the corruption can be discouraged.

What can we expect from these type of hollow people in public spaces???... Why do they grow greedier as the time passes???... Peace dwells upon a person when he realises limit of limits... Only when we realise the impermanence of materials we own we are internally set free...
