Udupi: Drawing teacher dies of massive heart attack on duty

Udupi, June 24: In a shocking incident, a drawing teacher of a private school here died due to a massive heart attack while on duty.

The incident occured on Friday, June 24.

Anand G Gandhad (44) is the deceased. He was working in a private English medium school here in Udupi. Anand complained about chest pain during lunch break and he was taken to a nearby private hospital immediately.

Later on, he was shifted to another private hospital in Manipal where the doctors declared him dead.

 

Anand is survived by wife and a child.

    According to Bombay Municipal Corporation official statistics, there has been a six-fold increase in deaths due to heart attacks, in Mumbai, in 2021; unreported cases could be also large; thanks to the experimental vaccination!!
