These landslides and floods are worsening each year due to deforestation and concretization; and people who have hitherto been safe too are facing problems with water entering their costly well maintained mansions, newer buyers should take utmost care while building houses or buying property in high risk places or build sufficiently elevated houses to take care of worsening of water logging!

Rudy sir, rains are normal as usual how they were few years ago. These floods etc are man made disasters. We greedy people try to encroach even few cents meant for drainge. Buildings are encroaching....but municipality is very strict while issuing NOC before building the house.....9/11, single site, that and this karma. If people dont have no license. How buildings obtain? 100 % ?? 50 for state and 50 for central
