Before implementing full fledge e-commerce and digital business, Rigorous Awareness is very much in need of an hour, as we have large section of non IT savvy population in the country... No matter how alluring the offer be, always try tp purchase from reputed world famous e-commerce website such as amazon, Myantra, flipkart etc to name a few and make sure either you have their app installed and if not then open website by typing its URL rather than clicking the linking from any source even if it looks genuine. While installing App double check if its truly from the same manufacturer, there are possibilities of cloned Apps or Apps with slightly different spellings. So be careful with such tactics.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER search for customer care number on GOOGLE, these frauds very cunningly replicate the web search of all major e-com sites and plant their own numbers as customer care number and fraudulently take all your bank details and empty your account, they have least remorse or concern for their victim and are hard core criminals sitting on tree tops with a mobile and laptop, PLEASE DO NOT SEARCH FOR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER ON GOOGLE, EITHER GO TO BANK DIRECTLY OR LOOK FOR NUMBERS ON CHEQUE / PASS BOOK OR THE INVOICE OF THE COMPANY.
