Readers, rampant pilfering of cattle was never a reality a few decades ago... this blatant, dastardly crime, where cattle are stolen in broad day light, savagely, transported in tiny vechile's, slaughtered in illegal sheds, must be condemned and the harshest punishment must be administered against these criminals....

This should be applicable to all politicians too. Our 40% party Mangalore north MLA was accused of 50 Crore bribery case in Dental Council for forging documents and also for selling Post graduate seats 2013. Even there was a raid during those days . The property of these politicians also needs to be confiscated. 5000 rupees Meat ( Confiscate property) - 50 Crore Chor (Rule us ).. ನಮಗೆ ದೇವರೇ ಗತಿ.

clear indication of apartheid by the AC...why this is not applicable for other crimes? do you confiscate the property of hindu activists who damaged the house of congress spokesperson in puttur? make one rule for all...otherwise follow the IPC...if this is allowed then all AC and DCs will come out with their laws and personal vendetta influenced by hindu fringe groups

Is this applicable to all criminals? Or is it decided based on religion and political connections?

No ways at all. Its not DC's decision nor his personal property to pass orders. Must proceed by the rule of the law. Rest courts ruling on the matter. There are judiciary steps to follow. 😁
