Kuwait, Mar 25: A massive dust storm made its way into Kuwait, causing much disturbance to normal life.

Mobile networks were jammed, and heavy traffic resulted because of poor visibility that plunged to almost zero.

Flights too were disrupted and the airport was shut down. While incoming flights were directed to other nearby airports, outgoing flights were cancelled.

The dust storm is travelling from Iraq to Iran and into the Persian Gulf. The storm spans more than 100 kilometres and is very thick.

I was travelling from Mumbai to Kuwait by Jet Airways flight and was suppossed to reach Kuwait at around 8.15 pm on Friday. Our flight was diverted to Dammam and on landing Captain informed that Kuwait is slowly retuning back to normal and will be able to leave within an hour or so.

Just within few minutes of this announcement, suddenly Dammam airport got engulfed in the Dust storm and the visibility level was near to zero. We had to wait till 3 am and reached Kuwait only at 4 am. We were sitting in the aircraft for nearly 12 hours. It was a horrible experience.

When the cloud wa coming it was so much dark like asmoke from fire, initially we thought some fire errupted in Abbasiya area. Later came to know its dust storm. Emirate flight was preparing for landing but was taken up again without landing. Our house is close to Airport we could see clearly whats happening at airport area. Even upto Abbasiya we could see the cloud comming towards us. Those who where out evening mass where held up very badly on the roads.

The same thing happened in Riyadh, at 9:30 pm we can see vehicles upto one meter only. Yesterday at 8:30 Natinal Geographic was showing what is going to happen in 2012. Above all all we are humans why we should think we are special. If we are going to die let us die all, what special you did when you are alive ???????

I work at Camp Arifjan. At 6pm it was sunny and as I was leaving I saw the wall of the dust storm to my left all around me. On route 30 I drove and drove into pitch black. Then the dust hit and we could not see anything on the road except dim lights. This was the worst dust storm I have been in Kuwait. The last 6 years we have had rain and other dust storms but nothing like this.

Dear friends We are now entered a time of civil unrest and natural calamities which will be in greater intensity, devastating and threatening. This time is known in holy Bible as time of the end and Jesus Christ will return to earth to restore heavenly kingdom of peace and love.As Bible says in the revelation Chapter 13...Soon one world Govt which already in full force will force everyone to receive RFID( Radio frequency ID ) in the hand or forehead and its in the Bible.I think we will see more calamities worldwide as God warns people to change, and Love him, and others like we love ourselves.I urge all the people of the world...please seek the heavenly kingdom and repent and ask God to Give us peace in the midst of storm !

Today my family members were playing at local garden then suddenly they started to feel very fast moving of wind they were not sure was it a dust storm or a tornado but whatever it was it was a huge.Group of clouds and sand flying around in couple of second.

The wind was so sever that it was breaking street lamps on its way.

They were at garden playing with their rabbit after this storm happened they rushed to their homes they were trying to call my brother because they were very worried but the strange thing was they couldn’t reach him because of network problem and you guessed right what else yes the cause can be? The evil storm.

The sand was too much that after some time it was all black and they couldn’t their even the building next to them it was happening right now all over Kuwait where ever you are just be careful and pray to Allah for the safeties of Kuwait and her peoples.

My sister was saying when she open the window it feels like someone have covered their window with black cloth.
